Chef Conference ... chooses Wenlock Spring

Wenlock Spring still and sparkling spring water range was chosen by the Caterer and Hotelkeeper for the 2009 Chefs Conference at the Jumeriah Carlton Tower Hotel in London – featuring a stellar culinary line up of some of the industry’s most celebrated chefs including Heston Blumenthal chef proprietor of the three Michelin starred Fat Duck in Bray, Angela Hartnett, Michael Caines, Martin Burge, Elena Arzak, Brian Turner, and many others.

Wenlock Spring was also served to the discerning diners at the Chefs Eats Out events which were held at some of London’s most celebrated restaurants two Michelin starred Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, and Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley.
